About Bridgnorth
The County of Shropshire is very rural with much farming and is in many parts still unspoiled with stunning scenery. Bridgnorth is a typical old farming market town, with a population of some 12k, and is one of the most historic towns in England. It boasts a bevy of medieval buildings, museums and a castle, as well as many excellent olde inns and pubs.
Information on accommodation, facilities, sights and transport is not repeated on this site but is available from the Bridgnorth Visitor Information Centre
Further information, Shropshire wide, can be ascertained from Shropshire Tourism.
